Once you have completed the set up, be sure to download the 'Frequency Health and Wellness' app from the app store (or play store) to login into your account. Use the email and password created selecting existing member.The app will allow you facility access by the 'check-in' button, select home and check in .checking in at the front when outside staffed hours and at reception inside staffed hours .
